WHAT IS APPRENTICESHIP?

The best Building & Construction Tradespeople in Ohio and across the country have one thing in common: They all began their careers in registered union Building Trades Apprenticeship program.

The Miami Valley Apprenticeship Coordinators Group is here to connect future tradespeople, parents, and educators with the top Building & Construction Trades Apprenticeships programs in our state. These tuition-free, earn-and-learn programs are operated jointly through partnerships with Building Trades employers and workers. Apprentices receive gold-standard safety training in state-of-the-art training facilities. Upon graduation, our Apprentices go on to become the highest skilled and most qualified tradespeople in the workforce.

Construction apprenticeships are a full-time job and college-level education rolled into one program! To earn while you learn as a construction apprentice, take time to learn about the trade you are interested in, them submit your information to learn more about becoming an apprentice. This site is a one-stop resource for you to connect with the program of your choice.
